50 Cent has launched his latest attack against the Flenory family and their allies, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Rick Ross.
This time, Fif posted of photo of Lil Meech seemingly sleep in a wheelchair on social media, accussing Ross and Mayweather of abandoning the allegedly drug-addled BMF star.
On Tuesday (April 1), the G-Unit founder shared a pair of posts on his Instagram account poking fun at the photo of Lil Meech, whom he previously claimed to have sent to rehab for drug use.

While it’s not specified when the photo was taken, Fif alludes to Lil Meech’s condition in the photo being further confirmation of his claims of Lil Meech’s addiction.
“Damn this is BAD you believe me now!” Fif asked in the caption, seemingly referring to his revelation regardng Lil Meech’s prior rehab stint. “Oh Now you want to believe me OK.”
In a second upload, the 49-year-old fixed his attention on Rozay and Mayweather, who seemingly aligned themselves with Lil Meech and his father, Demetirus “Big Meech” Flenory, amid his war of words with the Flenorys.

According to Fif, the pair seem unconcerned for Lil Meech’s well-being and only publicly sided with him due to their own respective vendetta’s against him.
“HELP [flashing light emoji] help him out you guys knew what you were doing,” the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ creator captioned a split photo of Ross, Mayweather Jr., and Lil Meech.
“You used him and now you’re not gonna be there for him. SMH,” he added.

The drama between 50 Cent and the Flenory family began earlier this year, after Big Meech, who was released from federal prison in 2024, appeared alongside Rick Ross in a promotion of the Black Mafia Family founder’s “Welcome Back” concert.
However, with Fif having taken Lil Meech under his wing, enrolling him in acting classes and casting him in the BMF series — which chronicles the Flenorys’ rise, reign, and fall — the act was perceived as disloyal, creating a chasm in what appeared to be a growing relationship.
