Beyoncé Drops ‘Cowboy Carter’ Art Book, Debunks Tour Rumors

As bad as the Beyhive has been hoping for a Cowboy Carter tour, Beyoncé’s camp has pretty much put the idea on the shelf—well, at least for now.

Instead of giving fans another trek full of dazzling tour outfits, live spectacles, and unreal vocals—Bey is giving us an art book full of exclusive visuals inspired by her chart-topping eighth studio album.

On Sunday (Dec. 1), Parkwood Entertainment took to Instagram to announce the “Cowboy Carter Art Book,” now available for preorder on Queen Bey’s official website. Packed with 136 pages of rare, never-before-seen imagery, the $74 collector’s item dives deep into the creative world of her critically acclaimed country masterpiece.

The album, which Beyoncé announced in a surprise Super Bowl commercial earlier this year, instantly became a cultural phenomenon following the release of singles “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ’Em.”

The project not only smashed chart records, it also spotlighted Black country artists and the genre’s rich roots—solidifying Beyoncé as a trailblazer yet again.

Aside from her art book, Beyoncé is also gearing up to perform live on Christmas Day (Dec. 25) during the halftime show of the Texans vs. Ravens game at Houston’s NRG Stadium. Speculation has been swirling that the performance could serve as a tour announcement, but the 43-year-old’s longtime publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, shut those rumors down quickly.

“Untrue. Nothing to report here,” Noel-Schure posted on X at the time. “Whenever there is news, you will hear it directly from the source, first.”

While the Beyhive may have their cowboy boots on standby, they can still celebrate Cowboy Carter in style with the limited-edition art book. Preorders are now live, with shipments set to begin on Dec. 13. Fans can purchase here.
