50 Cent is, once again, taking aim at longtime rival Irv Gotti, offering no words of support after reports surfaced that the Murder Inc. co-founder has suffered another stroke.
As previously reported, the 54-year-old music executive has faced ongoing health struggles, including a stroke last year. While many in the industry have extended well-wishes, 50 has remained his usual merciless self—using the moment to take another jab at Gotti.
On Tuesday (Feb. 4), the TV and film mogul shared a headline about Gotti’s reported stroke on Instagram, adding his own commentary: “Damn I wanted him to see my new shows yo!” The post 50 reshared included a headline claiming that the 54-year-old was “on life support” with “friends and family saying their goodbyes”—though this has not been officially confirmed.

As of now, neither Gotti nor his team has addressed the reports regarding his condition. However, this isn’t the first time Fif has mocked Gotti.
When Gotti, né Irving Lorenzo Jr., suffered a stroke last August, the “In Da Club” rhymer wasted no time in ridiculing him. Referencing his 2002 hit “Wanksta”—a track widely believed to be aimed at Ja Rule—he captioned an image of Gotti walking with a cane, writing: “Damn homie, in high school you was the man homie, WTF happened to you?” He continued taunting him with, “I want Irv to get well, [raised eyebrow emoji] so he can have to watch my next wave [wave emoji] LOL.”
At the time, a rep for Gotti attributed his health issues to his ongoing battle with diabetes. “Irv has been struggling with diabetes for years, which caused him to have a minor stroke over six months ago,” they said to TMZ. “He has since changed his diet to eating more healthy. He’s been successful in making a full recovery.”
Addressing speculation about the severity of his condition, the rep clarified: “Irv is not in a rehab facility. He is at home with his family, enjoying life.” During a 2023 appearance on Drink Champs, Gotti himself admitted that managing his diabetes had been a challenge, requiring him to make significant lifestyle adjustments.
Besides his health, 50 has also made it his business to taunt him about Nelly and Ashanti’s rekindled romance—as Gotti has long alleged he was romantically involved with the “Happy” singer. In a since-deleted Instagram post, 50 shared a viral screenshot claiming that Gotti was furious over the news that Ashanti and Nelly—who secretly tied the knot in 2023—were expecting their first child together.
“LOL I HAD TO SHARE THIS LMAO,” he wrote in the caption. For the most part, Gotti has ignored 50’s antics.
