Tiger Woods Confirms Romantic Relationship With Vanessa Trump

Tiger Woods is cuffed up, romantically, once again. The legendary golfer announced his new relationship with Vanessa Trump on social media this past weekend.

“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!” he wrote on X and Instagram, accompanying a photo of the two posing for the camera and another of them cuddling on a hammock. “We look forward to our journey through life together.”

The 49-year-old closed his social post in a contradictory fashion, writing, “At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.” Page Six reported the two were dating earlier this month, so perhaps this was nothing more than him clearing the air; still, it is admittedly head-scratching to request privacy on a public post, especially one that is fundamentally documenting a happy occasion.

One reason why Tiger Woods may have asked for privacy for his relationship with Vanessa Trump is the fact that she was previously married to Donald Trump Jr. for 13 years before divorcing in 2018. A source told Page Six that Trump Jr. is “fully supportive” of the relationship, especially given Woods’ friendship with his father.

Tiger was front and center alongside Donald Trump Sr. at the White House for their Black History Month celebration last month. The President labeled the day meant to “pay tribute to the generations of Black legends, champions, warriors and patriots who helped drive our country forward to greatness.” It was a controversial event, as he recently signed an executive order to end DEI initiatives in the workforce and concerning government spending.

The 82-time PGA Tour winner has a messy romantic history. His cheating scandal in 2009 was followed by his divorcing his ex-wife Elin Nordegren. Since then, he has reportedly dated Rachel Uchitel, Lindsey Vonn, and Erica Herman. He and Herman had a legal spat for $30 million, and she accused him of sexual harassment.

Gold legend Tiger Woods speaks alongside U.S. President Donald Trump during a reception honoring Black History Month in the East Room of the White House on February 20, 2025 in Washington, DC. The Black History Month celebration comes as Trump has signed a series of executive orders ending federal diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs and cutting funding to schools and Universities that do not cut DEI programs.
