UN calls Israeli statements on Gaza food supplies ‘ridiculous’ | Israel-Palestine conflict

The UN dismissed Israel’s assertion that there was enough food in Gaza to last for a long period of time as “ridiculous”, after all 25 UN-run bakeries in the enclave were forced to close due to Israel’s ongoing, month-long blockade of supplies.
