Burna Boy has been unveiled as one of the featured artists on F1: The Movie – The Album, the official soundtrack to the highly anticipated Formula 1-themed film starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris. His contribution to the album comes in the form of a new song titled “Don’t Let Me Drown”, adding to a star-studded lineup that reflects both global appeal and cross-genre fusion.
The album’s full tracklist was revealed on Wednesday, alongside the release of its first single, “Lose My Mind” by Don Toliver featuring Doja Cat. Also featured are Mr Eazi, British-Nigerian talents Darkoo and Obongjayar, and international heavyweights like Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, and Roddy Ricch—signaling an intentional blend of Afropop, hip-hop, and mainstream pop on a cinematic scale.

Directed by Top Gun: Maverick’s Joseph Kosinski, F1: The Movie brings together a starry cast that includes Kerry Condon, Shea Whigham, Simone Ashley, Lewis Hamilton, and Javier Bardem. Produced by Apple Studios and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, both the film and its soundtrack are set to premiere globally on June 27, 2025.
