The Game has officially lost his California mansion as a result of a years-long legal battle with Priscilla Rainey, a woman who accused the rapper of sexual assault a decade ago.

According to AllHipHop, a judge recently ordered the sale of the property to help satisfy a $7.13 million judgment awarded to Rainey back in 2016.

Rainey — who was a contestant on She’s Got Game — filed suit against the Compton-born rapper in 2015, claiming he inappropriately touched her during production.

The following year, she was awarded a default judgment after The Game failed to appear in court for trial or any related hearings. Of the total amount awarded, $1.13 million was granted in compensatory damages, with an additional $6 million in punitive damages.

Rainey has since targeted The Game’s assets to collect on the judgment. Prior to the ruling on the house, she estimated the value of his Calabasas property at approximately $3,191,375 — less than half of what she was initially owed.

In response to the initial judgment, The Game took to social media in 2016 to deny the accusations and lash out at Rainey.

“Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin sh*t!” he wrote at the time.

“Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started.”

The rapper would attempt to be granted a new trial regarding Rainey’s claims, but was ultimately denied, resulting in the default judgement against him standing.

Despite his public defiance, the court’s ruling marks a significant financial and legal defeat for the rapper, as the sale of his home is expected to partially satisfy the judgment against him.
