Kevin Durant And Lil B Continue Their Social Media Beef

Oftentimes, celebrities are encouraged to not pay attention to haters on social media, but Kevin Durant actively ignores this suggestion as he stays one of the NBA’s most frequent repliers to trolls. His most recent response gained traction because it was a fiery comeback directed towards Lil B, his longstanding internet foe.

Lil B kicked things off by tweeting on Monday (June 23), “Kevin Durant really ain’t bout no basketball sh*t yo ain’t got no real paper you really just a ho pull up whenever u ready any basketball court on earth I mean that im waiting for you – Lil B.”

KD caught the post just two hours later and replied, referring to the rapper a has-been and exposing an alleged feature request from him. “Broke boy asking for a feature in my DM..u wouldn’t be able to get a shot off on me lil one, you was once a thing, I’m still that,” the basketball star wrote back.

Lil B’s most recent tweet might have been sparked by the news about KD’s surprise trade to the Houston Rockets, which was announced yesterday (June 22). However, the lore runs deep as their feud initially started over a decade ago when KD called Lil B “wack” on X. Since then, the 6 Kiss artist dissed the former Oklahoma City Thunder player and even released a track titled “F*ck KD.”

Fans remember this beef most for the “curse” Based God put on KD, but he eventually did go on to win two championships, notably one with the Golden State Warriors, the team from Lil B’s home state.

People who saw the interaction acknowledged their history, with RNB Radar writing, “One of the longest beef’s in history lmao.” “THE CURSE IS BACK ON,” another user wrote, as Freddie Gibbs even chimed in with, “D’F**k.”

“Score on me if you talking ’bout points/ I like Roc Nation and I love JAY Z/ But I’m west side I’m screaming ‘f**k KD,’ you said that I’m whack, see me on the court/ F**k Kevin Durant, f**k Kevin Durant/ I’ve played the game of basketball my whole goddamn life/ I ain’t never watched you on the motherf**king TV/ I’ma tell you something man, aye man/ See me in a game of 21 and I’ma shut the f**k up man,” he raps on the “F**K KD” diss record.
