Akademiks has sparked much conversation online after accusing LeBron James of cheating on his wife, Savannah James—with alleged help from Drake. The unverified claims were made during a recent livestream, where the controversial podcaster shared rumors about James and Drake engaging in brow-raising activities while in Toronto.
According to Akademiks, unnamed sources in Canada allege that Drake facilitated encounters with women for LeBron, and the two allegedly participated in “two-man” engagements—where both were involved with the same woman at the same time.
“Yo LeBron, I talked to enough whores in Canada. I’ve talked to enough people maybe Drake will keep teasing it let me just tell you what I’ve heard,” Ak began his claims. “Yo LeBron, you and Drake used to go on two-mans, okay? You’ve been cheating on your God damned wife. Drake used to facilitate the ho*s and basically, essentially you can’t dance to a song about him being a pedophile. He used to supply you with the bi**hes, I’m sorry my ni**a.”
He continued, “If I’m Drake I’ll snitch on you, too. Sorry buddy you can’t do that. No. You’ve been living a lie, and everybody been thinking you’re this perfect guy. But when you come to Canada, I know some of the wh*res. When you come to Canada you come to certain places.” He then mocked Drake with, “‘I’m supplying you with the white women you love. You don’t even like Black chicks, white women. I’m the guy.’”
Adding fuel to the fire, Akademiks also commented on LeBron attending Kendrick Lamar’s 2024 “The Pop Out” concert, saying that James should steer clear of public attention if he has “skeletons in his closet.”
While the allegations currently remain rumors, this isn’t the first time LeBron has been at the center of claims regarding his marriage. Social media influencer YesJulz recently addressed past speculation about her involvement with the NBA champ, firmly denying any affair. After tweeting about LeBron’s viral left-handed dunk against the Dallas Mavericks, she responded to a fan who referenced Drake’s rumored diss about James on “Fighting Irish Freestyle.”
“You really think I give af about y’all’s baseless rumors? Bron is my fav player, and I will always celebrate his wins!” she tweeted. In June 2023, Julz also went live on Instagram where she again denied any sexual encounters with James and declared she has the “utmost respect for Savannah.”
“Love her. I think she’s amazing,” Julz spoke of the mom-of-three. “They have a beautiful family and I’m really f**king tired of this stain being put on my name.”
As of now, neither LeBron James nor Drake have commented on the allegations, and it remains unclear what Akademiks’ motives are for the claims.
