Are Brandy And Monica Going On Tour With Kelly Rowland And Muni Long?

Brandy and Monica may be making fans’ long-awaited dreams come true with the potential announcement of an upcoming joint tour.

Singer Rob Milton tweeted a screenshot of Ticketmaster revealing Brandy and Monica’s The Boy Is Mine Tour. Slated to head to a city near you this fall, the tour will reportedly be in North Carolina on November 13, with ticket presales beginning on May 28 at 10 a.m. ET.

Although at the time of this article’s publication, the event had been removed from Ticketmaster, it was mentioned that the lineup would feature Kelly Rowland and Muni Long. We’ve also seen tour dates for October 18 in Chicago and October 16 in Cincinnati, Ohio, when searching for the rumored tour.

None of the women has confirmed the rumors, but it’s been a request from the fans for quite some time.

When Brandy and Monica reunited for Ariana Grande’s reimagined version of “The Boy Is Mine,” fans were overjoyed. Back in March 2024, Ray J suggested that the women “make history” by going on tour together.

Since a private conversation between Monica and Brandy hadn’t happened, the “So Gone” singer asked the “One Wish” crooner to stop fanning the flames. That July, something clearly transpired behind closed doors because Brandy told Extra, “I hit [Monica] up so much talking about all the things that we could do together — tour, residency, everything. I really want that. Monica, I really want that.”

When they joined forces for Grande’s “the boy is mine,” Brandy said it was “magical.”

Noting, “The energy between me and Monica was so beautiful. I loved working with her this time. It was so great for [Ariana] to call us up to be a part of it. She didn’t have to do that. She didn’t take anything from the original. She created a whole new song, so to call us and pay homage in that way was just such a blessing.”

Here’s to hoping that a formal tour announcement comes. The fan demand is definitely there.
