Armed men shoot Bauchi Auditor-General, kidnap his son
The Auditor-General of Bauchi State, Abdu Usman Aliyu has been shot and his 25-year-old son, Zulkifiru Mohammed kidnapped by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers.
This was confirmed by the police public relations officer in the state, DSP Ahmed Wakil on Sunday evening.
Wakil said that the Auditor-General’s friend identified as Iliyasu Suleiman, 50, was also abducted by the assailants.
