Beyoncé has wrapped up the first performance of her Cowboy Carter tour at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., bringing her country ways to the big city with high energy, stunning costumes, and that signature voice.
The performance also featured appearances from Bey’s daughters, as youngest Rumi hit the stage with her mother for Cowboy Carter track “Protector” while Blue Ivy shines as a full-on member of the dance team, hitting the choreography effortlessly after facing petty critique for her early Renaissance Tour moves.
Bey also premiered a series of unreleased Cowboy Carter visuals, even as fans still await visuals for her Renaissance-era records, not to mention a release of her Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé on streaming. She was sure, however, to revamp performances of Renaissance faves like “Cuff It” and “My House” and also included some classic Bey tracks that early fans will always appreciate.
