Cassie Recalls Diddy Blowing Up Kid Cudi’s Car During Testimony

Cassie took the stand this week as a star witness in Diddy‘s trafficking trial and revealed several troubling details about their long relationship. One of the most disturbing claims was that her ex-boyfriend threatened to blow up Kid Cudi‘s car when he found out they were dating, and the explosion did eventually happen.

The 38-year-old singer testified on Wednesday, claiming that the Bad Boy co-founder found out about their relationship during a “freak off” while going through her phone. “He went through one of my phones and found emails with one of his staffers,” she said.

The “Long Way 2 Go” singer informed her mother and Puff’s former assistant, Capricorn Clark, of the threats he made against both of them via email in December 2011. “The threats that [Sean Combs] has made of me are that he will release 2 sexually explicit videos: one on xmas day [and one other].”

The former couple was on a trip out of the country when Diddy told her what was going to happen to the Cleveland rapper’s vehicle. “He mentioned when we were out of the country that Scott’s car would be blown up and he wanted his friends to see it,” she told the court.

They allegedly were with Cudi at a meeting in New York soon after, and the “Pursuit Of Happiness” asked about his car. “What vehicle?” Puff allegedly replied. According to Cassie, the meeting ended after that. She first touched on these threats in her 2023 lawsuit against Puff, which was later settled.

She also recounted how when the “I Need A Girl” artist first found out about her relationship with Cudi, he lunged at her with a wine opener and kicked her. She later ended the relationship with the “Neverland” rapper due to the troubling threats made against him.
