The podcaster delivered a scathing take on the award-winning rapper and businessman, labelling him “selfish” and accusing him of only helping others when there’s personal benefit involved.
“Cassper is selfish, bro,” the podcaster began bluntly. “Can I ask you one thing? What has Cassper done to genuinely help someone? Every time Cassper helps, he’s benefiting. Look, he’s going into streaming now. Swonabile—did you see what he did to Swonabile when he tried to vlog with him? He’s cooking Swonabile. You see why I said this guy is selfish.”
The segment quickly gained traction online, with fans and critics alike chiming in. The focal point of the complaint appears to be an incident involving fellow content creator Swonabile, who allegedly received dismissive treatment when trying to collaborate with Cassper on a vlog.
Cassper didn’t let the claims slide.
Taking to his own platform, the “Doc Shebeleza” hitmaker addressed the controversy with a calm but assertive tone.
“This kid is commenting. Clearly, people are watching you, and clearly you got a voice, because whatever you speak gets to the people,” Cassper said. “People are commenting. People are asking me on my platform about what you said. So really dope.”
He continued, “However, you are young boys and I’m not scared of you. Whatever you say about me… You are a young boy, and you are trying to get to where I am. If you want advice, I can give you advice. That’s definitely not the way to do it. But if you’re cool with just getting your views…”
