  • DeeOne claims he has proof that shows that Verydarkman had used N20 million from the NGO funds to purchase a range Rover
  • Dee One has urged VeryDarkMan to refute the claim, promising to reveal more if he does not.

Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan has been accused of withdrawing ₦20 million from the NGO account to make a deposit on a Range Rover.

The claim was made by reality star Deeone, who stated that he has evidence of the transaction.

Dee One publicly urged VeryDarkMan to respond to the allegation, stating that he will reveal further information if he  denies.

Deeone said:

You took ₦20 million from that account and deposited it for a Range Rover. Nobody is talking about it, but I will.

You distract people from the main issue, but I will disgrace you. I dare you to say you didn’t withdraw that money—you know I have proof.”

Deeone had earlier claimed that N20M Was Withdrawn From the NGO Account.

According to Deeone, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly launched an inquiry into Verydarkman’s NGO initiative.

The investigation was sparked by a petition submitted by a Nigerian citizen, who raised concerns about the transparency and accountability of the NGO’s fundraising efforts.

According to the petition, Verydarkman’s NGO raised over N202 million through a Zenith Bank account for purported school renovation projects.

Comedian Deeone shared the news of the investigation on social media.

He claimed to have obtained a document from the EFCC, which appears to corroborate the investigations.

The letter reads in parts:

“REQUEST FOR THE INVESTIGATION INTO FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES BY Martin. Vincent Otse (AKA Verydarkman). I write to request an urgent investigation into the fundraising activities of Mr. Martin Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman, who raised over N202 million through Zenith Bank account 1313679008 (Martins Vincent Otse Initiative) for purported school renovation projects without transparency or accountability.”
