Diddy has been hit with another lawsuit claiming that he drugged and groped a male musician. On Monday (Feb. 3), TMZ reported that controversial attorney Tony Buzbee filed a suit in New York on behalf of a man who claims that Diddy assaulted him in 2015 and ultimately derailed his career.

The man, who was 23 at the time, recalled being set to open up for another artist at a series of Los Angeles nightclubs. Before his performance at QC’s 20/20, the John Doe was allegedly told that Sean Combs would be in the audience that night with the chance of Diddy signing him to Bad Boy Records. Doe would later attend an afterparty for the event, where he claims to have seen other popular entertainers taking drugs with one of Comb’s associates, later handing him a drink from the mogul.

After a couple sips, Doe allegedly realized he had been drugged with GHB, a date rape substance, and began drifting in and out of consciousness. It was at this moment that John Doe claims to remember seeing Combs and his associates participating in “group sex” with people who “appeared either drugged, unconscious, or as if they were paid escorts.” As Doe came to his senses, he claimed that Combs was groping him and appeared to look like he had “performed oral sex” on him.

Diddy performs onstage during the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards at Prudential Center on September 12, 2023 in Newark, New Jersey.

The unnamed male accuser’s suit claims that he then tried to fight the embattled artist off him, but Combs told him that fighting back would hurt his chances of becoming a musician. Sean Combs allegedly ordered the man to have sex with a random woman, but Doe claims he pretended to need water, got up, and escaped to the parking lot.

But Buzbee isn’t finished there. The Houston-based lawyer told BBC that the public could expect to see at least 10 more lawsuits against Combs in the coming days.

Sean Combs’ attorney provided a statement to Variety regarding John Doe’s lawsuit and Buzbee’s claims, saying, “Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy currently remains behind bars, where he will stay until his trial on May 5, 2025.
