Diddy Accused Of Masturbating On Biggie Shirt And Throwing It On Man

Diddy has faced some wild allegations over the last few years, and the latest may be among the most disturbing. The controversial mogul has been sued for allegedly masturbating on a shirt owned by The Notorious B.I.G. and throwing it at a man.

AllHipHop reported that the lawsuit, filed by John Doe, alleges that the incident occurred in September 2020. Allegedly, the 55-year-old artist invited the unnamed man to a private listening session to hear a Biggie project. There, he claims that he was pressured to take ketamine and was brought to a warehouse that held the late rapper’s clothing.

The alleged victim claims the Bad Boy founder took out his phone to watch pornography by himself, picked up one of the Brooklyn rapper’s shirts, and began to masturbate. The lawsuit states that Puff told Doe to “finish” him off, but before anything could happen, he ejaculated onto Big’s shirt. The former REVOLT chairman allegedly laughed and threw the soiled shirt at the man, causing it to land on his lap and arm. Doe claims that Puff said “RIP Biggie” before walking out of the warehouse.

Allegedly, this wasn’t Doe’s first incident with Diddy. He claims that in 2005, the “Last Night” artist shoved his genitals into his face and told him “suck it.” Doe is seeking damages for sexual battery, emotional distress, and more. At the time of publishing, neither Puff nor his legal team has addressed these allegations.

This lawsuit comes just a week after Diddy was convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, but acquitted of his racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He could’ve potentially faced a life sentence in prison if convicted of all charges, but now he will only face up to a max of 20 years and likely will get credit for time served.
