Sean “Diddy” Combs and Harvey Weinstein were both accused of drugging and sexually assaulting model Crystal McKinney.
She first filed the complaint against Diddy in May 2024. Her complaint against Weinstein was filed in February 2025, and amended late last month to also name Combs.
McKinney alleged that Weinstein raped her and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room in 2003. In the filing obtained by PEOPLE, McKinney was said to have received a call from an unnamed modeling agency executive who’d arranged a business meeting between her and Weinstein on the night in question. She assumed he was considering her for an acting role.

She and one of her roommates arrived and were escorted to Weinstein’s table. He allegedly told them “repeatedly that he wanted to get to know both of them better, so he could see their ‘real selves’” and also wanted to discuss potential acting roles in a quieter space. After inviting them to his hotel room, Weinstein allegedly served them several bottles of “Boulevardier and Dom Pérignon” and ”vodka cocktails” before grabbing McKinney’s breasts. She and her friend allegedly retreated to the bathroom and claimed Weinstein forced himself into the room, demanding that they strip and “take a bath with him.”
The model stated that she and her friend obliged out of fear. Weinstein allegedly forced the women to perform sexual acts on each other in the tub, later raping them on the hotel room’s bed. McKinney claimed that she was “disgusted but too frightened to voice her opposition.” Weinstein “abruptly left the hotel room” following the incident.
Weinstein attorney Imran H. Ansari told Vanity Fair in a statement, “Harvey Weinstein categorically denies the outlandish and fantastical claims made against him by Crystal McKinney in her complaint. Made late in time and suspiciously on the heels of her complaint against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Mr. Weinstein is ready to refute and defend against the salacious claims, that are believed to have been made with an opportunistic motive.”
The disgraced film producer has been convicted of various sex crimes in New York and California. He’s currently on trial in New York because an appeals court overturned his conviction. Combs, on the other hand, is on trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, kidnapping, and more. He faces 15 years-to-life if found guilty.
