Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing federal sex trafficking trial has elicited intense emotions in and out of the courtroom due to the gravity of the charges and events being discussed. Tensions reached a boiling point on Tuesday (June 3) as a heckler yelled out profanities and shocking claims, disrupting court proceedings and eventually being removed.
“These motherf**kers are laughing at you,” the woman yelled at Combs in the Southern District of New York courtroom, per PEOPLE. The outlet reports she shouted several additional profanities before Judge Arun Subramanian ordered her to be escorted out.
She also said: “You’re laughing at a Black man’s legacy” and “pull your gun out ninja, I dare you.” The Bad Boy founder remained seated in his spot and did not have a noteworthy reaction to what was said.

The Washington Post reports the woman identified herself as a supporter of Combs, and she was “upset that people in the courthouse — particularly the overflow room where many members of the public congregate — have been discussing the case out loud. The woman said that she felt people were unfairly mocking the defendant, ‘and I wanted to make my voice heard.’”
When a journalist approached the woman after she was kicked out, she began “hurling expletives” and said, “I’m tired of seeing everyone treating Diddy the way they are. I said my piece.”
After the heckler was removed from the room, the government called its first witness of the day, Eddy Garcia. He is a former security officer who worked at the InterContinental Hotel in 2016 — the year Combs was caught on camera physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in the hotel hallway. Garcia testified Diddy repeatedly tried to obtain the security footage, and eventually paid $100,000 for it. “Eddie my angel, I knew you could help, I knew you could do it,” Diddy allegedly said to him.
The father of seven is facing one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in NYC on Sept. 16, 2024, and held at MDC Brooklyn without bail. His trial is expected to last all of June and into July.
