In a downtown Los Angeles federal courtroom Monday (June 9), jurors heard the gut-wrenching testimony of a Jane Doe, who claims to be an ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs. The woman alleged that on June 18, 2024 she started a physical fight with Diddy that turned violent and ended in a freak-off at her place. She claimed to remember that date vividly because “It was a very terrible day.”
Doe testified that Diddy, who was paying for her $10,000 rent, arrived for what was supposed to be a cozy evening of champagne, tequila, and quality time. But when she pressed him about a woman who supposedly tagged along on his family trip to Utah, tensions arose. She admitted she picked a physical fight with him and “gave it a good shot,” as she shoved his head into her marble countertop and flung glass and candles at him.
The Bad Boy founder allegedly asked her if she was “f**king crazy” before storming after her and kicking in the master-bedroom door. Doe claimed he kicked the door “literally off the hinges” as she tried to hide in her bathroom and closet.

According to her testimony, the Bad Boy mogul chased her through the house, stopped her from running out the front door with a kick to the thigh, then choked her while lifting her off the ground. Doe claimed to somehow escape to outside and hide for what felt like “2 hours,” before returning to her home where Diddy was still present.
Thinking the tension would die down upon her return, she said Diddy kicked down the door of a guest room where she was quietly sitting before the chaos spilled onto the patio. There, Doe claimed she punched Diddy in the temple as he punched her twice near the eyes. “I was scared but I was quiet,” she told jurors, describing how he dragged her back inside by her arm and hair while calling her “crazy.”
The night only got more chaotic as she detailed the 55-year-old allegedly placing the woman he’d been with in Utah on speakerphone to subject her to insults. She said Diddy then suggested she, “put some ice” on her injuries “and put an outfit on” — which Doe “understood to mean lingerie and heels.”
According to his ex, Diddy proceeded to open up a pornographic video on her phone and then summon a male escort named Anton to come over. When Doe questioned him about the escort, she says he snapped, saying, “You’re not going to ruin my night like this,” and insisted she swallow an ecstasy pill. She claimed he then leaned in and bizarrely asked, “Is this coercion?” with a “forceful” tone.
Once the escort arrived, she claimed Diddy ordered her to perform oral sex on Anton. “It felt like forever,” she testified. “I just felt sick. Even in my own body, I just felt disgusted. I felt terrible.”
Diddy is charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and, if convicted, faces 15 years to life in prison.
