Diddy‘s mother has been accused of throwing sexually charged parties at Sean Combs‘ childhood home. During a trailer for Peacock’s Diddy: Making of a Bad Boy documentary, Sean Combs’ childhood friend Tim “Dawg” Patterson alleged that Janice Combs used to frequently host sex parties.

Rolling Stone reports that Patterson recalled how Janice’s actions could’ve played a hand in Combs’ alleged crimes. The childhood friend opined that Sean’s unsavory actions could also be linked back to his childhood, recalling how Diddy was often bullied for being seen “as the rich kid.”

“That’s what we were privy to; this is what we were fed,” he said. “Was it desensitizing us? I’m sure it was. Were we aware of it? No, that was just Saturday night… I’ve always been asked the question why. I don’t know the answer to why, but I truly believe it all goes back to childhood.”

“On the weekend, [Combs] partied in the house, and we did that a lot,” he said. “He was around all types of alcohol; he was around reefer smoke. Drug addicts around, lesbians around, homosexuals, he was around pimps, pushers. That was just who was in our house. People that attended the parties were from Harlem, from the streets. It wouldn’t be a thing to mistakenly walk into one of the bedrooms and you got a couple in there, butt naked.”

Elsewhere in the forthcoming documentary, Combs was accused of having sex with underage girls. The trailer for the doc also detailed Combs’ alleged affinity for “red rooms”—which the mogul allegedly associates with sexual intercourse.

“Any time a studio or any room is red, he’s making love and sex,” the anonymous person claims of Diddy. “Some of the girls who were in the room, for sure, they were underage.”

While Combs has been behind bars Since September 2024, his legal team issued a statement to People regarding the claims in Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy. Combs’ team labeled the claims as “baseless” and that “these documentaries include unchecked claims and provide platforms for baseless conspiracy theories without accountability or evidence.”

Sean Combs’ trial is set to begin May 5, 2025.

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy will debut on Peacock on January 14.
