Doechii is ascending into stardom, and Tyler, The Creator is already there, so any time they link up is a huge deal. But when the duo recently previewed a new song produced by Pharrell at the Louis Vuitton Paris show this week, the attention was nearly overwhelming.
The SS26 show took place on Tuesday (June 24), with Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Future, J-Hope, and more celebrities all sat front row. Toward the end of a show, the duo’s new track called “Get Right” played as models walked the runway. The song was loaded with heavy drums, hi-hats, and both artists utilized a variety of challenging vocal inflections.
“Get Right” is Tyler and the TDE artist’s second collaboration, following “Balloon” from his October 2024 album Chromakopia. “Genius, love her,” the former Odd Future member said about Doechii during a March interview with Narduwar. “That girl’s an alien. She’s an alien.” Elsewhere in the SS26 show, Clipse’s new single “So Be It” also played. Watch the show and hear “Get Right” below.
Doechii getting a song played at the Louis Vuitton Paris show wasn’t just happenstance. She collaborated with Pharrell on her H-to-T look at the 2025 Met Gala this past May, which was said to have been inspired by Monica L. Miller’s 2009 book Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity.
It was a fitting muse as the book was what drove the gala’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The Alligator Bites Never Heal artist was also a member of the costume institute benefit host committee, which was co-chaired by Skateboard P, A$AP Rocky, Colman Domingo, and Lewis Hamilton.
Tyler, on the other hand, has been working with LV since last year. He was tapped to design his own capsule collection and decided to bring his GOLF imprint over to the legendary brand. His extensive collection included a reimagined Vuitton monogram motif called the Craggy Monogram. The monogram appeared on fleece jackets, collectible cereal bowls, a limited edition Courrier Lozine 110 travel trunk, and more.
