“Shout out to Nota, man. I ain’t got nothing against you, big dawg,” Emtee stated. “I’m glad I’m seeing changes with you as well, so salute to you, man. I ain’t mean the sh*t I was talking about on the L-Tido Podcast, and I’m glad you didn’t take offence to that.”

Emtee’s remarks come after a history of back-and-forth exchanges, particularly with Nota, who has often been vocal about South African hip-hop and its artists. Despite their past differences, the rapper seems to have turned a new leaf, showing maturity and growth in his approach.

He also extended an olive branch to Sol Phenduka, saying, “And shout out to Sol Phenduka too, ey. I’m gonna pop my sh*t every chance I get. Real talk.”

One of the most striking revelations from Emtee’s message was his declaration of sobriety. “I don’t smoke nothing no more. I know it is hard to believe, but yeah, it is what it is,” he revealed, marking what seems to be a significant shift in his lifestyle.

Known for his unfiltered personality, Emtee’s public apology and personal growth have sparked mixed reactions among fans. While some praised his maturity, others remained sceptical, citing his history of outspoken remarks. Nonetheless, his decision to clear the air and embrace positivity signals a new chapter for the Roll Up rapper.
