The January transfer window is slamming shut in less than a week, and there are still a few deals that could be concluded before then.

TEBOHO MOKOENA TO MAMELODI SUNDOWNS

Mamelodi Sundowns are strong favourites to sign Teboho Mokoena after the agent’s confirmation that personal terms had been agreed.

The proposed deal to Anderlecht has already been ruled out, meaning Mokoena could soon join Sundowns provided they strike a deal with SuperSport United.

SIPHO MBULE TO KAIZER CHIEFS

Kaizer Chiefs have inquiried about Sipho Mbule’s availability even though an offer hasn’t been put on the table.

His agent, Mike Makaab is to discuss Mbule’s future with SuperSport United this week, and that discussion could throw Chiefs a transfer lifeline.

SIYETHEMBA SITHEBE TO KAIZER CHIEFS

Siyethemba Sithebe has already penned a pre-contract with Kaizer Chiefs, and the Naturena-based side is pushing for the midfielder to join them now.

However, they will have to work harder to convince AmaZulu to release Sithebe early, especially with the Durban-based side expecting compensation.

VICTOR LETSOALO TO KAIZER CHIEFS

Victor Letsoalo is another top PSL footballer whose future remains the subject of speculation, especially after it emerged that Chiefs are after his services.

His team, Royal AM, denied holding talks with Chiefs over a possible transfer but they didn’t rule out the possibility of letting him go at a right price.

AUBREY NGOMA TO SUPERSPORT UNITED

Aubrey Ngoma hasn’t kicked a ball in months, but he was invited to train with SuperSport United to see if he can be useful to them.
