One of the hardest working artists right now has decided to bless his fans with some new music in celebration of Heritage Day. Flash Ikumkani puts together the Xhosa Avenger for the Intlungu Remix, which originally featured PDOT O apart of his Umbono Wam EP which dropped is May this year.
Intlungu Remix is a highly anticipated record by the Xhosa rap fraternity and ‘Abahlali’ have even dubbed the record as Xhosa Rap Avengers. The record by Flash Ikumkani enlists Xhosa rap veterans from the ‘Spaza’ Rap era with the inclusion of the monumental PdotO where they elaborate on their individual hardships while weighing on the issues society faces in our world.
