  • Tomama, fondly known as Datwarrigirl, had her followers hanging on every word as she recounted the awe-struck moment she spotted Wizkid in a public space.
  • The comedienne said she tried every trick to steal a private moment with Wizkid while being surrounded by his security-clad entourage.

Nigerian comic actress and media personality, Oluwatoyin Albert, popularly known as Tomama (DatWarriGirl), took to her page to share an encounter with Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, one that left her blushing uncontrollably.

On Friday, March 14, DatWarriGirl hit Instagram with a video, spill the details of how she spotted the singer lounging effortlessly in a public space for hours, surrounded by his entourage.

Realizing she had no way past his tight security, Tomama recounted how she stationed herself near the bathroom, hoping Wizkid would eventually use one of the toilets, to give her the perfect chance to speak with him.

Tomama joked that, one after the other, his entourage used the toilet, but Wizkid remained rooted in place, unmoved. She marveled at his unshaken composure and effortless steeze, which only deepened her awe.

This comes months after she fearlessly voiced her perspective on the growing societal acceptance of women having children outside of marriage.

In a recent Instagram video, Tomama made it clear that, for her, motherhood is not just about bringing a child into the world, it is a sacred responsibility that demands the right foundation. She rejected the idea of becoming a “baby mama,” emphasizing that she would never allow herself to have a child without the security and commitment of marriage.

Tomama expressed concern over the increasing pressure placed on women, where some men insist on pregnancy as a test of loyalty before making any real commitment. To her, this mindset is flawed and unfair, reducing women to mere vessels for childbirth rather than recognizing them as partners deserving of love, respect, and stability.
