Ice Prince and Chopstix Set to Drop New Joint Project ‘Starters’ in April

The long-awaited reunion between rapper Ice Prince and producer Chopstix is finally happening, and it’s coming with new music. Taking to Instagram, Ice Prince shared a series of photos of himself and Chopstix with the caption, “We got a date in April 2025. ‘STARTERS’ W Chopstix”—a clear indication that the duo is gearing up for a fresh collaborative release.

Ice Prince and Chopstix have long shared a dynamic musical chemistry, crafting some of the most memorable hip-hop records in Nigerian music. From the early ‘Aboki’ and ‘VIP’ days to standout moments like  ‘Stinking Shit’ with Yung L and Endia, their collaborations have consistently pushed the envelope in the Afrobeats scene.

With ‘STARTERS’ set for release in April, anticipation is already building. While details on the project remain under wraps, fans can expect the signature synergy that has made Ice Prince and Chopstix a formidable duo in the game. If history is anything to go by, ‘STARTERS’ might just be another chapter in their legacy of genre-defining music.
