Israel delays Gaza ceasefire due to captive names not provided | Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the ceasefire in Gaza will not begin until Hamas releases the names of the Israeli captives who will be freed in the first phase of the truce deal. The Palestinian group says technical reasons are behind the delay.
