Joeboy is officially setting the stage for his next musical era. The Afropop star has unveiled the tracklist for his highly anticipated third studio album, Viva Lavida, which is set to drop on March 28, 2025. True to its title, ‘Viva Lavida’ translated as “live life” is expected to capture themes of love, growth and self-discovery while delivering the vibrant sound Joeboy is known for.

The announcement, which surfaced online on Friday, March 21, has sent fans into a frenzy, eager to experience the direction Joeboy is taking with this new body of work. The album consists of 13 tracks, including ‘Adenuga’, which features rising star Qing Madi. However, Joeboy isn’t revealing all his cards just yet, three tracks, ‘Sunset, Free of Charge’, and ‘I’ll Be Okay’, have “mystery features”, bringing the total number of featured artists on the album to five. Other songs on the project include: Innocent, Abena, Taxi Driver, Streets Are Lonely, Magdalene, SMH, Hey Father, Osadebe, and Sinner.

Notably, ‘Osadebe’ and ‘Adenuga’ will be the only 2024 releases that made the Viva Lavida album cut. Adding to the album’s weight, Tempoe serves as an executive producer, a testament to the sonic quality and chemistry the duo have always shared.
