Ye (f.k.a Kanye West) has lost yet another business relationship, as the Los Angeles-based talent agency 33&West has officially severed ties with the rapper.
A representative for the agency confirmed that West is no longer on their music roster.
Daniel McCartney, who had been Ye’s agent at 33&West, made the announcement via Instagram on Monday (Feb. 10), stating that he and the agency would cease working with West “effective immediately… due to his harmful and hateful remarks that myself nor 33&West can stand for.”

The latest fallout comes after the 47-year-old’s erratic and offensive antisemitic behavior. His latest string of antics began with a surprise appearance at the Grammys on Feb. 2, where he arrived on the red carpet with his nearly-nude wife, Bianca Censori. Ye then followed up the stunt with a slew of racist and antisemitic posts on X, leading to his account being deactivated.
Among the many posts the father-of-four wrote, “he loves when Jewish people come to [him] and say they can’t work with [him]” and added that he is “never apologizing for [his] Jewish comments.” He then bizarrely referred to himself as a “Nazi” and declared that Hitler was “so fresh.” Days later, during the 2025 Super Bowl, Ye took his tirade to an even broader audience, premiering a Yeezy.com advertisement promoting the sale of a $20 swastika T-shirt.
Shopify quickly shut down the e-commerce site hosting the merchandise. To counter the disrespectful merch, musician Matthew Koma decided to respond to Ye’s launch with “F**K YE” t-shirts for sale. Proceeds from the all-white top with bold, black lettering will go toward the Backline nonprofit.
As of Tuesday (Feb. 11), Ye is also being sued by his former marketing staffer who accuses him of workplace harassment and antisemitic abuse. The staffer, who is Jewish, alleges that Ye fired her after calling her “ugly” and sending her a text that read “Hail Hitler.” The lawsuit, filed in L.A. Superior Court, includes messages from Ye to employees in which he reportedly wrote, “I Am A Nazi” and “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler.”
This is hardly the first time the Donda artist has been at the center of an antisemitism spectacle. In 2022, he was restricted on X after infamously declaring that he wanted to go “death con 3 on Jewish people.” That remark sparked widespread backlash, leading to Adidas terminating its lucrative Yeezy partnership.
Ye was also dropped and/or disassociated with by GAP, JPMorgan Chase, Def Jam, Balenciaga, his former talent agency CAA, MRC, Adidas, Foot Locker, Peloton, T.J. Maxx and Madame Tussauds London.
