Kanye West Drops North West, Diddy Song Against Kim Kardashian’s Pleas

Kim Kardashian and Ye’s feud has heated up after the latter dropped a new song featuring their daughter—and Diddy?

TMZ reports that the rapper formerly known as Kanye West released “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine” on Saturday (March 15), which featured not only North West and Puffy but also listed Diddy’s son, Christian “King” Combs, and Chicago newcomer Jasmine Williams on the track as well. The outlet alleges that Kim attempted to petition a judge to stop Ye from issuing the new track, and based solely on its collaborators, it’s crystal clear why.

In a now-deleted post to X/Twitter, the Chi-Town producer shared a conversation between himself and his ex-wife, in a feud over the SKIMS founder copyrighting of North West’s name. West, 47, was irate over the decision and reportedly asserts to Kim, “I’m never speaking with you again.” Kardashian then shoots back with an explanation for her decision and then bring “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine” into it, arguing that she filed a cease and desist to get Northie out of the Diddy song to “protect her.”

“I asked you at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her. So stop. I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her,” the businesswoman asserted. “One person has to trademark!”

Kardashian then “reminded” Ye that they had previously agreed to trademark all of their kid’s names so “no one else would take them.” Yeezy then gave the model an ultimatum: “Amend it or I’m going to war…And neither of us will recover from the public fallout…You’re going to have to kill me.”

Furthermore, Kim allegedly held an emergency meeting with a mediator and a judge to get to the heart of the trademark issue, but Ye didn’t attend, sources say.
