The artist formerly known as Kanye West has been attacking his fellow rappers left and right over the past few days, taking to X/Twitter Tuesday (March 19) writing “F**K JIM JONES” in a head-scratching post, as the pair recently spent time together in Tokyo.
Jones, rather than responding with the same energy, declared his love for the Chicago rhymer, which led Ye to finally break down exactly what the problem was.
According to the Bully artist, the Dipset member cut him out of a lucrative deal, but apparently, that’s not even the worst of it.
“SOOO JIM JONES GOT PAID 2 MILLION TO INTRODUCE ME TO A GENTLEMAN NAMED MR PINK TO DISCUSS MY CRYPTO COIN AND NEVER TOLD ME HE WAS GETTING 2 MILLION AND NEVER CUT ME IN,” Ye shared via X/Twitter Tuesday night, adding that Jones’ inability to send him a requested PDF file is what really sent him over the edge.
“BUT THAT WASNT THE WORST PART,” Ye added of the $2M deal. “WE WERE WORKING ON CLOTHES AND I ASKED HIM FOR A PDF AND THEN THIS NI**A TOLD ME HE DON’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A PDF, GET ONE OF YOUR YOUNG NI**AS TO MAKE IT CAPO.
“I ACTUALLY LOVE JIM JONES AND I’LL NEVER NEVER GO FULL YE, BUT I WANT THE PDF MORE THAN THE MONEY.” Jones has yet to respond to Ye’s claims. Check out the post below.
Ironically, the accusations leveled against Jones echo those which he leveled at Cam’ron recently, as he accused his fellow Diplomat of doing a “backdoor” deal for their Verzuz against The LOX, quietly earning more than the crew rather than include them in the deal.
“We got the bag, but boys still went backdoor…[Cam’ron will] say, ‘That’s me being a businessman.’ Nah, that’s you being a sucka doing backdoor sh*t,” Jones said during a trip to The Breakfast Club. I stand on 10 toes and I break bread with my ni**as […] I’m not one of them type of dudes.”
