Unfortunately, this Mother’s Day wasn’t flowers and brunch for everyone. Model Denise Bidot, who’s been in an on-again-off-again relationship with Lil Wayne since 2020, dropped a bombshell allegation about the Hip-Hop icon over the weekend.
In a since-deleted Instagram post on Sunday (May 11) — that’s still echoing through the internet — Bidot wrote, “Breaking up with someone on Mother’s Day is diabolical. Prayers up though. God always pulls me through. Walking with faith.”
According to Bidot, not only did Wayne break up with her on a day meant to honor motherhood, but reportedly also had her and her daughter, Joselyn, kicked out of his house while she was allegedly still healing from a recent “mommy makeover.”
Bidot followed up with a live-stream where she then claimed the Grammy-winning rapper wasn’t just emotionally manipulative, but physically abusive, as well.
“It’s not just the emotional abuse. This man has actually laid a f**king hand on me,” she said through tears. “And I took it. And you know what’s crazy is, they always say we’re so stupid for love, and I thought it was a mistake. But I know other women he’s put his hands on.”
Bidot also revealed that Lil Wayne allegedly had not one, but two other women being flown in the same day that “his assistants” were sent to help “kick her out.” The latter all taking place ahead of her Sports Illustrated Cover press week.
“I’ve been nothing but supportive to this man, loved him ‘til the end of the world,” she continued. “You literally flew me, uprooted me from New York City where I was living, and brought me here for this bullsh*t? Like, that’s crazy, you guys. Like, these men really be taking advantage.”
She ended her IG Live session by adding that she is going “back to the house that we live in together with my f**king daughter, and we’re gonna see what really goes down, because this is absolutely crazy and a new low, even for him.”
The 38-year-old has long stood beside Lil Wayne, even calling him the “greatest love of my life” back in 2021. Fans may remember when she posted a glowing birthday tribute to Tunechi, praising him as “her teacher, her friend, and her favorite human.”
That same year, engagement rumors caught fire after Wayne cryptically tweeted, “Today is the beginning of our forever.” But just as quickly, he took to his social media to extinguished any wedding bell ideas.
Lil Wayne’s team has yet to respond to Bidot’s claims.
