Moliy Scores Second Billboard Hot 100 Entry with “Shake It To The Max (Fly)”

Ghanaian-American singer Moliy has achieved a significant milestone with her single “Shake It To The Max (Fly)” debuting at No. 91 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the week of May 31, 2025. This marks her second entry on the chart, following her feature on Amaarae’s “SAD GIRLZ LUV MONEY“, which debuted at No. 80 in 2021.

Originally released on December 3, 2024, “Shake It To The Max (Fly)” gained momentum through a viral TikTok dance challenge. The song’s popularity surged further with a remix released on February 21, 2025, featuring Jamaican dancehall artists Shenseea and Skillibeng, produced by Silent Addy.

Moliy’s “Shake It To The Max (Fly)” has seen impressive chart performances globally, including No. 1 on Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart, No. 1 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, No. 27 on Billboard Global 200, No. 46 on Billboard Canadian Hot 100, No. 3 on Billboard’s U.S. Rhythmic chart, No. 3 on the UK’s Official Hip Hop and R&B Singles Chart, and No. 1 on the UK’s Official Afrobeats Chart.

The official music video, released in March 2025, showcases vibrant visuals and energetic performances, contributing to the song’s widespread appeal.
