Moozlie Explains Why Plans To Drop An Album Are On Ice For Now. After five years of silence on the music front, Moozlie returned with a bang, dropping her single Go Getter. But while fans may be bracing for a full body of work, the rapper and TV personality made it clear that an album isn’t on the horizon, at least not yet.

In a recent interview, Moozlie addressed the expectation of whether she will release an EP or an album. “A full project is definitely not on my list of things to do right now,” she revealed. “Like I said, it’s the first song I’ve put out in five years. So, I need to re-acclimatise to the game and see what’s happening. A lot has changed.”
The Vatel hitmaker explained that she’s taking a cautious yet strategic approach to her return, choosing to observe the current sonic landscape before committing to a larger project. “Even from the sound perspective, it’s very important for me to try things out and see what people are liking, and see what people are not liking,” she said.
Moozlie also opened up about the duality of being a creative and a businesswoman in today’s independent music scene. “As much as music for me is a creative expression and just about being honest and saying how I feel, I’m an independent artist. So, it needs to make business sense as well. We’re not just putting out your diary and hoping people buy it.”
With that in mind, Moozlie is keeping things light for now, testing the waters with singles and collaborations. “It has to be a well-thought-out project. And that definitely takes some time to put together. So, for now, we’re just putting out singles, doing a lot of features.”
