Fuji legend Wasiu Ayinde, fondly known as K1 De Ultimate, has been thrust into a storm of grief as he announces the passing of his beloved mother, Halima Anifowoshe, at the remarkable age of 105.

The iconic musician took to Instagram on Saturday to share the devastating news, posting a poignant photo of himself with his late mother accompanied by the words, “Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi Raji’un. RIP Mama.”

The announcement has triggered an outpouring of sympathy and support, with fans, colleagues, and well-wishers flooding social media to extend prayers and heartfelt condolences.

This deeply personal loss is all the more harrowing, coming just days after K1 De Ultimate and family mourned of one of his ex-wives, Hafsat Anifowoshe, who passed away on Tuesday following an undisclosed illness.
