Hip-Hop icon Nas is heading back to Sin City this summer with the return of his critically acclaimed residency, NAS – ILLMATIC: LIVE, alongside the Las Vegas Philharmonic.
Following the overwhelming success of last year’s shows, the Queensbridge legend is set to light up the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas once again with a second round of orchestral-infused performances that blend rap’s golden era with the grandeur of classical music.
This year’s residency will include five special performances, scheduled to coincide with the NBA Summer League, making it a must-attend event for fans of music and basketball alike.

Nas will kick things off on July 9, with additional shows on July 11 and 12, before wrapping the run with two closing performances on July 18 and 19. All concerts begin at 8 p.m., and tickets go on sale Friday, May 2 at 10 a.m. PT via Ticketmaster.com, with prices starting at $69.95 plus fees.
Reflecting on the unique collaboration, Nas shared his excitement: “My experience performing at Encore Theater with the Las Vegas Philharmonic has been truly unforgettable. I look forward to extending our musical partnership and welcoming thousands more fans to partake in this experience.”
The fusion of Nas’ poetic lyricism with a full symphonic accompaniment has drawn praise from both audiences and collaborators. “This show was everything we hoped for,” said Bobby Reynolds, Senior Vice President of AEG Presents Las Vegas.

“The Las Vegas Philharmonic paired with the smoothest lyricist of a generation in an intimate theater at Wynn Las Vegas! What else could you ask for? We are so excited and honored to welcome Nas back to Vegas.”
Alice Sauro, Executive Director of the Las Vegas Philharmonic, echoed that sentiment, saying, “Working with Nas has been an incredible experience for the Las Vegas Philharmonic. We feel his connection to the audience and musicians the moment he steps on the stage, and we’re thrilled to be back in the Encore Theater with such a dedicated and engaging performer.”
This summer, fans have another chance to witness one of Hip-Hop’s most revered MCs like never before—live, legendary, and in harmony.
