The answers to today’s Quordle, game #1225, are…

Some tricky words today that I don’t think I would have guessed without the help of some letters in the right positions.

BELLE and BOULE are both of French origin and hardly on the tip of the mind, but thankfully with O-U-L-E in position there was no alternative. For BELLE I had the B and the last two letters, so the answer could have been BIBLE if the the letter ‘I’ was still available, but nothing else could fit.
