The answers to today’s Quordle, game #1255, are…

Two rarities in today’s Quordle – all five vowels in play, plus we had three words beginning with vowels.

I almost got caught out when my start words provided me with an anagram for ULCER and I first tapped out “cruel” before realizing that I already knew where the U could not be positioned. All those vowels were causing temporary word-blindness.
