Redmi Note 11 Pro/Pro+ with 120Hz AMOLED screen & 120W fast charge released

Chinese manufacturer, Redmi, officially released its latest series today. The company officially announced the Redmi Note 11 series and this series has three models. Redmi initially announced the Redmi Note 11, subsequently, it announced the Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+. According to the company, the Redmi Note 11 series will be available on all channels at 0:00 on November 1. With a deposit of 100 yuan ($16), users can get a bonus of up to 300 yuan ($47). Here are the prices of these smartphones.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro series uses an AG frosted glass design and it is available in multiple colours including Misty Forest, Quiet Purple, and Mysterious Black Realm. It also has a light dream galaxy colour.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch Samsung AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate. This smartphone also supports a 360Hz touch sampling rate and the display uses a 2.96mm punch-hole. The display of these smartphones uses an ultra-thin 1.75mm bezel.

In terms of charging, Redmi Note 11 Pro+ supports 120W fast charging as well as a built-in 4500mAh battery. According to the company, this smartphone can charge up to 100% in just 15 minutes. It uses an MTW multi-electrode dual battery cells and a high-efficiency dual charge pump. Furthermore, this device comes with VC liquid cooling material, which covers 100% of the 120W charging heat source. In addition, the Pro series comes with TÜV Rheinland certification for safe fast charging, with fast and comfortable charging modes. Interestingly, the Pro+ that supports 120W fast charging comes with a 120W charger in the box. No one saw this coming because the 120W fast charger is quite expensive.

Under the hood, this Pro series is the world’s first Dimensity 920 smartphone. This chip is a 6nm processor with an A78 large core, which improves the game performance by 9%.  These devices support WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and retain the 3.5mm headphone jack. Furthermore, this series supports NFC and X-axis linear motor.

As for the Redmi Note 11 Pro, this smartphone comes with a built-in 5160 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. This means that only the Pro+ model supports 120W fast charging in the series.

In terms of sound quality, the Note 11 Pro series uses the flagship “symmetrical stereo” dual speakers. These speakers are jointly tuned with JBL, support Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res dual gold standard.

In the camera department, the Pro series comes with a 108MP ultra-clear camera. It is interesting that both the Pro and the Pro+ model use the same main camera sensor.  This camera has large pixels + 1/1.52″ and supports 12000 × 9000 high resolution.
