New lawsuits have been filed by three John Does claiming they were sexually assaulted by Sean Combs in the past five years.

The men claim they were drugged and sodomized by the dethroned music mogul at different times. Combs is denying all allegations by way of his legal team.

The first John Doe said he attended a party at Combs’ East Hampton home in the summer of 2020 and “faded in and out of consciousness” as he began drinking with Combs. It was then that the Bad Boy Records founder and his associates allegedly “took turns anally raping him.”

The second John Doe said that he met Combs in 2019 at the Marquee nightclub in Manhattan. He joined Combs and around 10 other people for an “exclusive afterparty” at the Park Hyatt hotel. The alleged victim claims that Combs “personally offered” him a cocktail that left him disoriented. In response, Combs allegedly saw him in the compromising state and said, “He is ready to party.” He lost consciousness and woke up to Combs sodomizing him. He claimed that the incident was filmed by an unidentified man and woman. The following morning, that man gave the John Doe an estimated $2,500, saying it was from Combs.

The third John Doe met Combs in 2006 and began working for him. He claims that he met with Combs in February 2020 to discuss missing payments from their work relationship. He accused Combs of drugging him with a drink. John Doe said he fell asleep and woke up to having been bent over a couch with Combs sodomizing him.

“These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him,” said Combs’ legal team in a statement sent to VIBE.

The John Doe lawsuits were filed by Thomas P. Giuffra, a partner at Rheingold Giuffra Ruffo Plotkin & Hellman LLP. Giuffra told Rolling Stone, the men came forward because they finally “felt safe” amid others coming forward and Combs’ arrest.

“All three of the men who were involved in these cases were all threatened after the assaults with harm, so they’ve been frightened to come forward,” Giuffra added. “I think that’s part of how Sean Combs was able to do this for so long. They were afraid. [But] once there was publicity and people were aware there were others… you don’t feel like you’re the one who’s going to be on the hit parade.”

The new lawsuits add to the countless ones filed against Combs since Cassie first came forward in November 2023. Combs was arrested in September and had pleaded not guilty on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial is set for May 2025.
