Sirens blared in German city after car ramming | Crime

Ambulances sounded in the streets of Mannheim after a car rammed into a crowd, killing two and injuring several, including a child. Police inspected the car believed to have been used in the ramming. The suspect, a 40-year-old German man, has been arrested.
