South Korea’s Seoul hit by heaviest November snowfall on record | Climate

Seoul, South Korea’s capital, was blanketed by the heaviest November snowfall on record. The severe weather conditions have caused traffic jams, power cuts and flight delays as residents brace for more snow days. At least 2 people were killed in traffic accidents on highways, east of the capital.
