Tara Conner was born on December 18, 1985, in Dallas, Texas, United States. She was born to parents Brenda Conner, a Fruit of the Loom employee and John Conner. Josh Conner, her only sibling, was born in 1984. When she was six weeks old, her family relocated to Russell Springs, Kentucky.
