VDM reacts after Lil Smart revealed why he snubbed his attempt to seek justice for him against Naira, Zino

• VDM who previously called out Lil Smart for ghosting him after he sent him N1M for flight ticket to Abuja in a bid to pursue his case against Naira Marley and Zinoleesky has now responded to the dancer’s recent comment about him.

Nigerian activist and VeryDarkMan (VDM) has unleashed a scathing attack on dancer Lil Smart, accusing him of dishonesty and flip-flopping.

The drama unfolded after Lil Smart accused singers Naira Marley and Zinoleesky of orchestrating his abduction and brutal assault.

VDM initially offered to support Lil Smart, sending him a substantial sum of N1 million to facilitate his travel to Abuja and pursue the case. However, Lil Smart seemingly reneged on his commitment, leaving VDM feeling betrayed and confused.

After receiving the N1M, Lil Smart noted that his decision to ghost VDM was based on his lack of trust in the activist’s intentions.

He expressed scepticism about VDM’s sudden interest in his case, particularly given his handling of the late singer Mohbad’s situation.

Lil Smart recalled how VDM defended Naira Marley during Mohbad’s saga and instigated the clamour for the late singer’s son, Liam DNA test rather than the main issue on the ground.

In a recent video, VDM called out Lil Smart for his inconsistencies, alleging that he had been sending private messages contradicting his public statements. VDM also defended Naira Marley and Zinoleesky, emphasizing that they are innocent until proven guilty.

In a bold move, VDM declared that he would be visiting Naira Marley and Zinoleesky’s residence, where he would socialize with them despite the ongoing controversy.

Sharing a video to address this, VDM wrote:

“Naira Marley and zino will not go unpunished once there is proof,this case must not be overlooked,once lil smart present his proof Naira and zino must go down,but if lil smart doesn’t have proof then he must go down as well because we cannot have an internet where people just come out to lay allegations without proof,in other to get fame or trend (we dey on this case.”
