GloRilla And Latto Reimagine ‘Set It Off’ In “Procedure” Music Video

It was all a dream for GloRilla. Well, at least her reenactment of Set It Off in the music video for “Procedure” featuring Latto.

In the clip, the two women frustratingly leave their work, and after a long day, the Memphis rhymer dozes off on the couch, only to envision herself in the 1990s classic film.

Directed by Benny Boom, Big Glo and Big Mama team up and orchestrate a bank robbery, working with internal security at the financial institution for hopeful guaranteed success. In the end, the ladies seemingly get away with a big cash payout, however, a FaceTime call from GloRilla’s mother, played by Set It Off star Vivica Fox, makes her realize the heist is not her reality.

“What’s the procedure when a bad b**ch walk in the room?” questions the 25-year-old to start the track. “Huh, b**ch-a** ni**a? What’s the fu**in’ procedure?”

The music video comes as GloRilla prepares to set off on the Glorious tour. Kicking off next month, she is joined by Real Boston Richey and Queen Key and has planned stops in New York, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, and more.

Her debut album, Glorious, was released in October 2024 and named VIBE’s best Hip-Hop album of the year. The work features Megan Thee Stallion, Kirk Franklin, Muni Long, Latto, Sexyy Red, T-Pain, and more across 15 tracks.

.“When the top of the year came, I had the project basically done. I was like, ‘OK, I gotta give them the mixtape before I give them the album,’ because I went the whole year without dropping anything. That’s why I said I was gonna give them the mixtape first, get em’ back used to me first, give ’em a feel of me, and then that’s gonna prep me for the album. The mixtape did good and did what it was supposed to do, which prepped me for my album,” explained the Grammy-nominated rapper of Glorious.
