Ecuador’s president wins election, rival calls for recount | Elections

There were scenes of celebration amongst supporters of Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa as he won the presidential election on Sunday, while rival candidate Luisa Gonzalez rejected the results and demanded a recount.
