This April, Rap Life Radio, hosted by Ebro Darden and presented by Apple Music, shines a spotlight on the life and legacy of South African hip-hop icon Riky Rick. Joined by Africa Now Radio host Nandi Madida, Ebro dives into the impact of Riky’s posthumous album Boss Zonke Forever, now streaming exclusively on Apple Music.

Staying true to Riky’s mission to “do it for the culture,” the album was lovingly curated by his closest collaborators and family. The result is a heartfelt 17-track celebration of Riky’s gift for storytelling, connection, and community.

Last week The family of the late and beloved icon, Rikhado Makhado—affectionately known as Riky Rick or ‘Boss Zonke’—is proud to announce the release of his posthumous album, “Boss Zonke Forever”. This heartfelt project is a tribute to Riky’s lasting influence as a musician, songwriter, entrepreneur, and fashion innovator. His artistry knew no bounds, and this album reflects his diverse sound, unique vision, and unwavering passion for music.
