Ye has gone scorched earth on Lyor Cohen, blasting the veteran music executive for allegedly “promoting Black death” during his career in the music industry.

The 47-year-old lashed out at Cohen in a lengthy Instagram post, which was made in reaction to an open-letter penned by Cohen. In the latter’s post, he expressed his “disappointment” in West for using antisemitic language.

“I am deeply disappointed and troubled by your recent actions involving the use of Nazi symbols and antisemitic rhetoric,” Cohen wrote in the letter.

“Your words and actions are not only offensive but triggering to all decent people who recognize the horrors of the Holocaust and the suffering of millions.”

Cohen’s message wasn’t well-received by West, who blasted the longtime executive for profiting off of music that promotes violence within the Black community, deeming he and others’ outrage as hypocritical.

“You and your whole industry have promoted and got paid off songs where black people glorify killing each other But my t shirt is the worst thing ever,” Ye began, referencing a merchandise item containing a a swastika on it. “All of yall are like girls who don’t take accountability It’s a double standard.”

Ye then called for Cohen to make amends with the Black community for being a profiteer of their trauma and pain, invoking the name of late Murder Inc. Records founder Irving “Irv Gotti” Lorenzo, who passed away earlier this year.

“You start by apologizing and taking accountability for the massive promotion of black death that you’ve got paid off of for years,” West continued. “Also you too broke to speak to me in the first place. And you know what Irv said to you before he passed and since he not here. I’ll say it Suuuuck Myyyy D******k.”

This is not the first time that Lyor Cohen has been taken to task for his alleged capitalization and predatory behavior when dealing with Black artists. Former Roc-A-Fella CEO Damon Dash has berated Cohen for his conduct in various interviews over the years.

Dash still holds Cohen partly responsible for creating division amongst JAY-Z, Kareem “Biggs” Burke, and himself, which led to the infamous Roc-A-Fella split during the early ’00s.

“He’s the person that told Jay, ‘I’ll do a deal with you or without Dame Dash or Biggs [Kareem Burke],’ and he’s the one that advised him based on what Steve Stoute told me,” Dash once claimed. “And based on what Irv Gotti told me that was like, ‘Yo, why would you split it three ways if you could just do it yourself.’”
