Pheelz earns first RIAA Gold-certified single with ‘Finesse’ featuring Bnxn

Nigerian producer and artist Pheelz has achieved a significant milestone with his hit single “Finesse,” featuring BNXN (formerly known as Buju). The track has been officially certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), signifying over one million units sold in the United States.

Released in 2022, “Finesse” quickly became a global sensation, propelled by its viral success on platforms like TikTok. The song’s catchy melody, relatable lyrics, and Bnxn’s verse resonated with audiences worldwide, pronouncing Pheelz’s reputation as not just a prominent versatile producer but a talented artist.

This platinum certification places Pheelz among a select group of Nigerian artists who have achieved similar recognition in the U.S., including Wizkid, Burna Boy, CKay, Fireboy DML, Tems, and Rema.
